Q: How much will my rebate be?

We do all of the work and inform Escrow/Lender that we will be offering this credit to your family. This credit will show up on the “Final Settlement Statement” right before you sign your closing docs.
Q: When will I get my rebate?
A: At the time of closing and it will be clearly indicated on the closing statement prepared by the Escrow and Title Company. If you choose to use your rebate to buy points on your mortgage for a lower interest rate, please let us know and we will work with the lender to make sure these changes are made before the final loan approval.
