This can be applied towards any Real Estate related fee’s that is typically paid by the buying party (i.e home inspection, title/escrow fee’s, buying points on your mortgage, or putting it towards your total closing cost.)

Q: Does getting the real estate rebate mean I have to find the house myself?A: Absolutely not, we are a full service Oahu real estate team of our company. We’ll help you find a home, answer any questions that you may have, provide comparable market data for you to make an informed decision, submit an offer, negotiate the contract on your behalf, and see the process all the way through from the inspections to closing.

 

Q: How much will my rebate be?

A: We rebate 20% of the gross commission paid to the buyer’s brokerage, including any incentives or bonuses. This ultimately comes out to be thousands of dollars saved out of your pockets. We do all of the work and inform Escrow/Lender that we will be offering this credit to your family. This credit will show up on the “Final Settlement Statement” right before you sign your closing docs.

 

Q: When will I get my rebate?

A: At the time of closing and it will be clearly indicated on the closing statement prepared by the Escrow and Title Company. If you choose to use your rebate to buy points on your mortgage for a lower interest rate, please let us know and we will work with the lender to make sure these changes are made before the final loan approval.
