Note: Ililani will fall within the HHFDC affordable housing guidelines and not the HCDA reserved housing guidelines. Specifics on eligibility requirements and qualification guidelines have not been released to the public at this time. 

Building Features & Amenities

Ililani will feature a 7-story covered parking garage with a 12,000 sq ft amenity deck that will feature a putting green, barbecue areas, a recreation room and plenty of bicycle parking. More information on the specifics of amenities for Ililani have not yet been released, but the location of Ililani stands in the heart of the thriving Kakaako community Kakaako. Just a quick bike or walk down the street will have residents in the beautiful beaches of Ala Moana Beach Park and just minutes away from world class shopping available at the Ala Moana Shopping Center and Ward Village. The building will also feature 10 additional stalls that will accommodate a car share company for those residents who require a second vehicle but do not want to deal with a second vehicle payment! 

Unit Features and Finishes

All units (both Market and Affordable Units) in the exciting Ililani Development will feature quartz counter tops complete with luxurious soft-close cabinetry. In the kitchens, you’ll find GE and Samsung Appliances, with waterproof Luxury Vinyl Tile throughout.
