Heartfelt thank you to Aaron Lin for getting this done in one of the toughest markets I’ve transacted in. I was selling my condo remotely and needed real local expertise. Conditions weren’t in our favor. Rising maintence fees & rates have thinned the buyer pool, and multiple units in my building were listed at once, cutting prices against each other. Average days on market for comparable condos was running 40 to 60. You understood the big picture - not only positioning & execution but the 2nd and 3rd order downstream impact of the opportunity cost if we did not sell in a timely manner. We had an offer before the listing went live and closed in 30 days. Some of what Aaron brings is hard to quantify. He knows this market at a level you only get from years working it, he has genuinely high emotional intelligence, and he’s built a reputation other agents respect. When Aaron brings a listing, the industry knows it’s real and the seller is serious. The part I valued most was how he handled me. I’m a difficult client. I’m extremely involved, meticulous about every line of contract language and every number, and I push hard on strategy & execution. Aaron never flinched. He took my positions to the buyer’s side with confidence and never damaged the relationship doing it. One thing I didn’t expect to matter as much as it did: I use AI extensively in my analysis, and Aaron engaged with it rather than being put off. Comfortable with the technology, comfortable with a remote seller running his own numbers, comfortable being challenged. In a business slow to adapt, that was a real edge. If you’re transacting in Honolulu, Aaron is who you want. I recommend him unequivocally.

Aaron was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was attentive, responsive, and always took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the entire process. We’ve worked with several real estate agents in different states over the years, and Aaron is definitely one of our favorites. His negotiation skills were truly exceptional. He helped save us $65,000, in addition to securing valuable seller credits, which made a huge difference for us. He was always looking out for our best interests and made sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. Beyond everything else, Aaron was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, and we always felt that we were in excellent hands. His level of service truly exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and look forward to working with Aaron on many more deals in the future. We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate agent!
