Sky Ala Moana will be a new development coming to the Ala Moana neighborhood, right across the street from Ala Moana Shopping Center. This project will be very unique with a residential tower (Sky West) and a condo/hotel tower (Sky East). Sky Ala Moana will also feature a “Sky Terrace” which is the amenity deck located on the 8th floor. The Sky Terrace will be approximately 53,900 sq ft!
Sky West
Sky West will be the residential tower consisting of only market priced units from the 9th floor to the 43rd floor.

Sky East
Sky East will be the hotel/condo tower. Hotel will start on the 15th floor to the 43rd floor and will have a hotel operator of at least a 4-star level. The hotel operator has yet to be determined. The Sky Terrace amenity deck will be 1.25 acres of top-notch luxury amenities. The best part is, residents of Sky West are allowed full and complete access to the entire amenity deck. Hotel Residents of Sky East are only allowed use of half.
